Krasny Bor 1943 is a vignette of two figures representing to the spanish troops of Blue Division.

The 250.ª Infantry Division of the Wehrmacht (officially in Spain: Spanish Volunteer Division, and in Germany 250 Infanterie-Division) was a unit of Spanish volunteers who formed an infantry division in the Wehrmacht. It was established with the aim of fighting the Soviet Union in World War II. Between 1941 and 1943, about 50,000 Spanish soldiers participated in various battles, mainly related to the siege of Leningrad.

On February 10, 1943 occurs on the outskirts of Leningrad Battle of Krasny Bor. It was the bloodiest clash in which participated the 250th Volunteer Division Spanish  known as the Blue Division, in which 5,900 Spanish equipped with light arms they faced 44,000 Red Army soldiers, divided into 4 divisions, and supported by lots of artillery and tanks. Over 4,000 casualties in the Spanish volunteers of the Blue Division were produced.
